YOGA LOVE IT CAMP-
This camp is all about YOGA and MEDIATION! Do you ever have a need for your child to relax and destress?
We introduce children to the wonderful world of yoga and its practices. We teach children how to use yoga in their daily lives to help with stress and empowerment. Each day we will have a
different craft that focuses on mind, body and spirit. Ages 6-13.
The bonus to this camp is that they can help you learn some stress relief poses to help make your day brighter as well!
